L’esdeveniment gastronòmic més esperat de l’any ja és aquí: la calçotada 2026! 🌱🌱🌱
Enguany tenim 120 places disponibles, com l’any passat, i per això tornem a donar preferència als socis de CatalansDK a l’hora de comprar entrades. Així doncs, fins el dia 1 de març la venda només ha estat oberta per als socis, i a partir del 2 de març al vespre la venda de les entrades que restaven va quedar oberta a tothom – els tiquets es van esgotar al cap de poques hores, però podeu apuntar-vos a la llista d’espera a través de Billetto i us avisarem en case que hi hagi alguna cancel·lació.
Perquè la calçotada sigui un èxit, cal que tots els participants prenguin part en la organització. Per això, us demanem que us apunteu a un dels grups que s’encarregaran de les diferents tasques quan feu la compra del vostre tiquet 👨🍳👩🍳 Podreu triar entre l’equip d’enfilar calçots, l’equip de cuina i taules, i l’equip de recollida de l’espai després de dinar 🙂 Per descomptat, també podreu ajudar en altres tasques que les que us apunteu, però comptarem amb vosaltres per aquelles on us hagueu apuntat.
L’espai serà el mateix que l’any passat: dinarem a Maskinhallen (Sundholmsvej 28A), però la preparació dels calçots serà al jardí de Sundholm 8 (a 100 metres de Maskinhallen). Dirigiu-vos al lloc que us pertoqui segons l’equip on us apunteu.

11:30 – Arribada de l’equip de cuina i taules per preparar l’espai
13:00 – Activitat castellera amb Xiquets de Copenhaguen
14:00 – A dinar!
17:00 – Recollida i neteja
18:00 – Fi de festa

A la sala disposarem d’aigua, i si es vol prendre alguna altra cosa es podrà portar de casa, ja que no hi haurà servei de bar.

❗ Només es retornaran els diners en cas de cancel·lació abans del 15 de Març (comissió de billetto no inclosa). CatalansDK no retornarà els diners passada aquesta data, però el propietari del tiquet pot vendre’l a un altre interessat, informant del canvi de nom per e-mail a hej@catalans.dk

It is with great pleasure that we hereby invite you to the most awaited gastronomic event of the year: “La calçotada” 2026! 🌱🌱🌱
Like last year, we have 120 available spots, and we have had a pre-sale for CatalansDK members only until the 1st of March. From the 2nd in the evening, the sale of the remaining tickets was open to everyone, and the tickets were sold out in few hours. You can still sign up for the waiting list through Billetto, and we’ll contact you in case there are cancellations.
For the event to be a success, everyone needs to participate in the organization. For this reason, you will be asked to choose a task that you’ll be helping with when you buy your ticket 👨🍳👩🍳 You can either be in the calçot preparation team, the kitchen & tables team, or the cleaning team. You are of course welcome to help in the other tasks as well, but we will be counting on you for the one you have signed up for.
The location of the event is as last year: we will be eating in Maskinhallen (Sundholmsvej 28A), but the cooking of the calçots will take place in the garden of Sundholm 8 (100m from Maskinhallen). Go to the appropriate location when you arrive, according to the volunteering team you signed up for.

17:00 – Cleaning and tidying up

There will be water at the venue, and if you would like to drink something else you can bring it from home as there will be no bar service.

❗Money returns in case of cancellation only possible until March 15 (billetto fee not included). CatalansDK will not return the money after this date, but the owner of the ticket can to sell it to someone else by informing us of the ticket name change by e-mail at hej@catalans.dk
